Firms: Full refund of deposit if canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation was made less than 30 days before your arrival, full refund of the deposit for any cancellation made within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 14 days before the date of your arrival. No refund of the deposit will be made after this period.
PREPAYMENT FOR RESERVATION:
All reservations will be effective after receipt of the deposit (25% of the rental amount) payable by check or bank transfer. If 7 days after receipt of the contract the deposit is still not settled, the contract will not be honored.
PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE:
The balance is to be paid on the day of your arrival by bank check, postal check or in cash.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A check for €500 will be requested upon arrival. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay, if no damage has been observed.
